gaws
Formed in Bath & based in Bristol, gaws are a post-punk band that combine blues &
psychedelia to create music that contains the frenetic energy of The White Stripes, the
unconventional song structures of Queens of the Stone Age & the immersion of Pink Floyd.
Commanding attention in a live setting, gaws are known for loud & emotionally intense live
shows across their appearances at festivals and intimate gigs.
Taking a pause in 2024 after a successful initial run, gaws are returning in 2025 to continue
where they left off – playing bigger and better shows whilst releasing increasingly investing
studio recordings.
Highlights from the initial run:
Packed out headline shows in Bristol & London for ‘Who Knows’
Headliners of ‘Moles Fest’ 2023
Festival slots at Outer Town & Dot to Dot
Release of 4x DIY Singles
